The handle gives me a solid grip even when my hands are wet after brushing, and the picks slide between my molars without snapping. I've finally stopped dreading the flossing step before bed.

I keep a pack on my desk and in my gym bag now—the grip is textured enough that I don't lose hold even with wet hands. Cleaning along the gumline feels more thorough than regular string floss, and the picks don't snap or bend on tight spots.
